Why Marathonyogis?


We need peace, fulfillment, enlightenment and liberation, enjoyment, determination, and strength to tackle this modern chaotic world.

What we need is not just another program. We need a way of life. A way of life I have come to enjoy because it has changed the way I take care of myself. A way of life that can be and should be shared so that more can benefit.

Getting up early morning doing the yoga asanas & pranayam, feeling the body stretch, feeling every strand of muscle fiber in the body. Turning the mind inwards.

Then a run, amplifying the feeling of being at peace with our own existence.

Helping us to accept who we are and helping us understand that we are more than just a body that when the body gives up still we go a long way and accomplish things which we never dreamed of.

Bringing peace and harmony to our existence and inculcating the much needed discipline in life is the goal of a marathon yogi.
